4.工作原理：將裝滿物料的烘盤、瓶子或小車放入箱內(nèi)，啟動PLC可編程序控制系統(tǒng)，內(nèi)循環(huán)風(fēng)機工作、加熱、蝶閥 同時開啟、干燥箱迅速升溫。在內(nèi)循環(huán)風(fēng)機作用下， 于熱空氣通過耐高溫高效過濾器進入箱體， 在微孔調(diào)節(jié)作用下形成一 個均勻分布空氣向箱體內(nèi)傳遞，干燥空氣吸收瓶子(物料、物品)表面的水分，進入加熱通道蒸發(fā)排出、干空氣在風(fēng)機作用 下定向循環(huán)流動， 水蒸汽排出。隨著水蒸汽逐漸減少、同時間隙性補充新鮮過濾空氣， 箱體內(nèi)呈正壓狀態(tài)， 恒溫結(jié)束， 過 程控制完畢。開啟送風(fēng)或(進水)強制冷卻，自動蝶閥進入關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，聲光提示開門出瓶。
